The third issue of MaLa The Chengdu Bookworm Literary Journal is out and available for sale at the Bookworm for 20 rmb.
We will celebrate MaLa 3 with a party at the Bookworm on Wednesday June 12th from 8 pm onwards. If you are in the area, join us for a celebration of literature and local creativity with readings, live music and an open mic session. All are welcome to participate, so if song, dance, poetry or comedy is your thing, don’t miss this chance to take to the stage. Contributors and editors will receive tickets for three free drinks – house wine, beer or soft drink. Hope to see you next Wednesday night.
The Chengdu Bookworm Literary Journal is a collection of short fiction, literary non-fiction, poetry and work in translation, supported by handmade collage and digital media.
